    1. Hi Eileen, thanks for reading and commenting. The key word, in my opinion, comes in your last sentence – “applied”. It’s great to read this stuff but unless we apply it it’s in one ear and out the other! Thanks and have a great one! Rick

  2. Really good highlight review. Time sure does fly when you are having fun. Has it already been a year since you and Howie started this web site? In re-reading some of my comments, I may have been a bit harsh. But I call it like I see it, so hope you were not offended. So here I set, still amazed that the Niners held on against Seattle. It does not matter if you win by 20 points or by 2 inches.

Have a Happy New Year. We will watch the ball drop on TV, and think back 51 years ago to that NYE when we met in the Square.

Some day I should tell you how i found this web site and its blog, You will think I’m nuts, but hey, you already know that.

    1. Hi Dave, Thanks for the kind words and comment, as usual. Actually, we are coming up on 2 years in February! Time sure does fly! Not harsh at all, I love your thoughts and commentary – we all have our own opinions and perspectives which is awesome and a great way to learn from each other. Yeah, great game by the Niners, sometimes you need to win ugly, as long as you get the W, that’s what counts! Happy New Year to you and Joan, wishing you guys a healthy, happy and prosperous 2020!!! Best, Rick P.S. Yes, please do, I wondered how you found us (and am glad you did!)
