I must admit when I saw the title of the book that inspired this blog post in my Scribd feed, I was a little skeptical. The title of the book is called The Luck Factor and I thought to myself “Geez Louise, just what I need to read, a hokey book about how to get lucky.”
With the proliferation of the internet and social media, it is amazing how many people share so much of their personal lives with people they barely know on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Out for a walk on a lovely summer morning, Barney is waiting to cross a busy road. He expects to only have to wait a minute or so, but 3 minutes later there he is…still waiting.
Seeing how this blog post is about coffee shop productivity, it may be a little ironic that I am writing it from a Starbucks. However, I do find that I am at my most productive when I am working from a coffee shop.
