Often throughout the day we spend time making decisions on things that are unimportant. The key is to think about which non-important decisions in your life are taking up the most time and using the most brain power.
Today’s piece of advice is about how to make your life simpler, or how to reduce complexity or why I always wear black. I always wear the same thing and I have been doing it for 25 years – black t-shirt, black jeans, black belt, black socks, black shoes.
