Today’s lesson looks at one of the decision making techniques developed by Edward de Bono, one of the leading thinkers on creative thought. The technique we want to talk about is called Consider All Factors, or CAF.
Often throughout the day we spend time making decisions on things that are unimportant. The key is to think about which non-important decisions in your life are taking up the most time and using the most brain power.
