I Love a Challenge! I was having a conversation with a friend of mine about the blog the other day when she half-jokingly said, “I bet there aren’t any business tools or philosophies that you have applied with respect to how to get a six pack?”
There are words or phrases that we all hate. I am sure there is a phrase out there that you simply cannot stand. For me, the phrase I cannot stand the most is directly related to complacency; and it is something I hear frequently when I am at the gym.
The tip for this week has to do with personal mission statements. If you don’t know where you want to go, any road will get you there. That’s why many people in their 50s and 60s aren’t happy with their lives.
