69 Personal Growth Questions You Need to Ask Yourself
Is your life scalable for personal growth?
I’m not asking if you can grow, we can all grow, and improve or decline. I’m asking you if you have room and structure in your life for personal growth.
I believe it’s a powerful question and I think questions, in general, are powerful and we don’t ask enough of them.
They can help us learn about things and about ourselves.
So, instead of me writing a typical blog post, today I am going to spend most of this post asking questions, or rather I am going to have you ask questions of yourself.
First though, let’s go back to the concept of scalable. If you are not familiar with the term scalable, let’s take a moment to define it.
In business, scalability is the ability for a business to grow without being limited by resources or by the way the business has been structured. According to Investopedia, ‘Scalability is a characteristic of a system, model or function that describes its capability to cope and perform under an increased or expanding workload. A system that scales well will be able to maintain or even increase its level of performance or efficiency when tested by larger operational demands.’
Let’s look at a simple business example…
Without getting too much into the business weeds, a simple example would be a restaurant chain that can add restaurants across the country and maintain or improve its financial performance and quality after adding the additional restaurants.
So, when I ask, ‘is your life scalable for personal growth?’
What I mean is do you have the structure and resources in your life that allow for personal growth? Will you be able to realize your potential or are there things in your life that will limit you from being all that you can be?
Here is when I turn into a walking question mark and ask you some questions that will hopefully make you think a little bit…
Let’s continue by looking at some questions you can ask yourself to see if your life is scalable for personal growth. There are no right or wrong answers, just read them and take some time to think about them in relation to your personal growth…
