SIPOC is an acronym for suppliers, inputs needed from the supplier, the process or the person which is you, the outputs that your constituents want, and who your constituents are.

Today’s advice is about how to be successful by learning from others who have already done what you want to do. So, a great way to be successful is to copy someone who is already successful. No reason to reinvent the wheel.
