What You Need to Do to Achieve Life Balance

Today’s lesson is about creating balance in your life.

You create balance by optimizing all the aspects of your life simultaneously, not by optimizing each component of your life.

Some examples of aspects of your life could be:

  How you spend your time.

  Your relationships (significant other, friends, etc.)

  The physical, emotional, spiritual, financial aspects of your life; to name a few.

Use It or Lose It:

  To create life balance, make sure you are mindful that all the aspects of your life are necessary to optimize your life.

When to Create Life Balance:

   All the time, every day!

  1. I think most people have the goal of achieving a balanced life. I agree that it is more difficult when you are raising a young family and working. It is achievable but requires more planning and mindfulness.
