This week’s video is about how to give an amazing memorable tribute speech. There are two types of tribute speeches: (1) Factual (true and usually boring) (2) Fictitious (entertaining and memorable) In this video, we will focus on the second type, mainly, because everyone already knows how to do the first type.
You have just been nominated to chair the committee to plan your 10th high school reunion. “Yikes!” you say to yourself as you contemplate what all this entails. Luckily, the committee has 5 other members who were appointed prior to graduation, so at least you don’t have to find help.

This week’s video is about building relationships or building better relationships using a tool called a SIPOC analysis. SIPOC is an acronym for suppliers, inputs needed from the supplier, the process or the person which is you, the outputs that your constituents want, and who your constituents are.
