The tip for this week is how to avoid risky behavior.

Think of it like this: “how much of a risk taker are you?”

You probably don’t know, and you probably don’t know how much of a risk taker some of your friends are, or your parents or your boss or your coworkers.

So here is a good way for you to find out:

Imagine you have a gun with a million chambers in it and you put a bullet in one of the million chambers and you play Russian roulette with it.

If you live, you get $10 million tax free dollars.  So there is a 999,999 out of a million chance that you walk away with $10 million dollars.

Would you do it?

A great way to determine your attitude towards risk is to play this Russian roulette game.

It is important to understand if people in your life are risk averse or risk prone. This will help you come up with decisions that you are all comfortable with.

Use It or Lose It:

You can play a game similar to Howie’s to understand how risk averse or risk prone people in your life are.

When to Use ‘Avoiding Risky Behavior’:

When having to make group decisions that involve an element of risk.
